The Intellistreets Demo App (the “Application”) provides a method for users of the Application (“Users”, “You”) to interact with Intellistreets fixtures from an electronic device. This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when using the Application.
Information collection
When users of the Intellistreets Demo App interact with the Application, no information is sent to the developers and publishers of the Application (the “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) nor to any predefined entities. The Application allows You to specify arbitrary network addresses with which the app may communicate (“Service Endpoints”). The Application will not send information to Service Endpoints which You have not specified. Service Endpoints may not be affiliated with the Company, and We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the privacy policies, data collection practices, or operation of Service Endpoints. The Company recommends that You seek information regarding data collection practices from the providers of Service Endpoints (“Providers”, “They”) before allowing the Application to communicate with one.
Data collected by Service Endpoints
When You interact with a Service Endpoint, its Providers may collect information automatically, including, but not limited to, the IP address of Your mobile devices, the type of mobile device You use, the location of Your device, Your device’s unique identifier, and other diagnostic information. A Service Endpoint may collect information about any activities performed while using the Application, including, but not limited to, actions performed while using the Application, and time spent using the Application.
Children’s Privacy
Our Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and believe that Your child has disclosed personal information to Us, please contact Us.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update Our privacy policy at any time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page. Your continued use of the Application after any changes to this Privacy Policy shall indicate your agreements with the terms of the revised Privacy Policy.
